Our Team

Owner/Optometrist

Monica Miller is the owner at City Eye Optometry. You can find her at either her Brockton, Bellingham, Middletown Vernon offices. She practices in both Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Optometrist/Clinical Field Director

Dr. Te received her optometry degree from MCPHS University. Her experience includes serving the veteran population at the VA clinic, providing eye care for underserved communities and primary care for all ages. When she's not working, she enjoys trying new recipes in the kitchen!

Optometrist

Dr. Horton received her optometry degree from IAUPR School of Optometry in Puerto Rico. Dr. Horton can perform full eye exams in Spanish as well as English. She practices primary care optometry with a special interest in Myopia Control and Specialty Contact Lenses. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog.

Dr. Lefevre is a graduate of Providence College and the New England College of Optometry. Dr. Lefevre boasts 25+ years of clinical experience. Her favorite part of optometry is the people; young, old, and everyone in between. As an empty nester, she and her partner care for their rescue babies, Sophie and Luna.

Dr. Hellman received his undergraduate degree from the George Washington University, and completed his optometry degree at New England College of Optometry in Boston. Dr. Hellman is grateful for 35+ years of clinical experience working with diverse populations of patients. He is particularly proud of having been admitted as a Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry. He appreciates when patients demonstrate an interest in their own care, especially when they ask lots of questions to which he enjoys responding! He has been a passionate skier for most of his life and served as a certified ski instructor at the Okemo Mountain Resort in Ludlow Vermont.
