Owner/Optometrist

Dr. Monica Miller attended the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. Dr. Miller is licensed to practice optometry in both Massachusetts and Connecticut. She is also a member of the AOA and AllDocs. Dr. Miller is the owner at City Eye Optometry. You can find her at any of our Massachusetts or Connecticut locations ensuring each of our patients has the best eye care experience possible. When she is not at the office, you can find her spending time with her Golden Retriever, Finley.

Optometrist/Clinical Field Director

Dr. Te received her optometry degree from MCPHS University. Her experience includes serving the veteran population at the VA clinic, providing eye care for underserved communities and primary care for all ages. When she's not working, she enjoys trying new recipes in the kitchen!

Dr. Lefevre is a graduate of Providence College and the New England College of Optometry. Dr. Lefevre boasts 25+ years of clinical experience. Her favorite part of optometry is the people; young, old, and everyone in between. As an empty nester, she and her partner care for their rescue babies, Sophie and Luna.

Dr. Hellman received his undergraduate degree from the George Washington University, and completed his optometry degree at New England College of Optometry in Boston. Dr. Hellman is grateful for 35+ years of clinical experience working with diverse populations of patients. He is particularly proud of having been admitted as a Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry. He appreciates when patients demonstrate an interest in their own care, especially when they ask lots of questions to which he enjoys responding! He has been a passionate skier for most of his life and served as a certified ski instructor at the Okemo Mountain Resort in Ludlow Vermont.

Dr. Ho is a Boston native who earned her optometry degree from The New England College of Optometry in 2015. Aside from providing primary eye care, Dr. Ho's clinical interests include managing glaucoma and treating dry eye disease. Outside of work, she spends her time crocheting amigurumi or working on some DIY projects.

Dr. Youssef is a graduate of the New England College of Optometry. Her clinic interests include contact lenses and ocular disease. In her free time, Dr. Youssef enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her dogs.
