Managing Director/Optometrist

Dr. Monica Miller attended the New England College of Optometry in Back Bay, Boston. She is licensed to practice optometry in both Massachusetts and Connecticut. She is a member of the AOA and AllDocs. You can find her at any of our four locations ensuring each of our patients have the best eye care experience possible. When she is not at the office, you can find her spending time with her Golden Retriever pup, Finley.

Optometrist

Dr. Lefevre is a graduate of Providence College and the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. She is licensed to practice optometry and treat glaucoma in the State of Connecticut. Dr. Lefevre boasts 25+ years of clinical experience. Her favorite part about optometry are the patients. As an empty nester, she and her partner care for their rescue babies, Sophie and Luna.

Dr. Kang is a graduate of the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. She is licensed to practice optometry and treat glaucoma in both Massachusetts and Connecticut and sees patients virtually via our Tele-Optometry platform, Connect.

Dr. Youssef is a graduate of the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA and is licensed to practice optometry and treat glaucoma in the state of Massachusetts. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages but particularly enjoys contact lenses and ocular disease. In her free time, Dr. Youssef enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her dogs.

Optometrist

Dr. Olson attended the New England College of optometry and is licensed to practice optometry and treat glaucoma in the state of Massachusetts. His optometry roots date back to when he was 16 years old, helping his father assemble eyeglasses. Dr. Olson has practiced optometry in Brockton for the past 35 years. He loves spending time with his wife and their dog, Cooper, hanging out on the back deck, hiking trails or at the Cape. He is still swinging for the elusive hole in one.

Clinical Manager

Beth Travers is the clinical manager of City Eye Optometry. She graduated from the University of Tampa prior to pursuing graduate studies at UMass Boston. With 20 years of experience in the eye care industry, Beth specializes in training all members of our eye care team and ensuring all of our patients have a positive experience in our offices. In her free time she enjoys her time with her husband, 2 children and dog.

Dr. Whalen attended the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. She is licensed to practice optometry and treat glaucoma in the State of Connecticut. Dr. Whalen specializes in primary care optometry with a special interest in ocular disease and contact lenses. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages and demographics. When not seeing patients she enjoys spending time with family and time outdoors.

Dr. Kupsc attended the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. He is licensed to practice optometry in the state of Massachusetts. He has 40 years of optometric experience under his belt, including medical, surgical and refractive specialities. He enjoys seeing patients of all ages and demographics. When he is not seeing patients you can find him enjoying a day fishing in the greater New England region.

Dr. Raffaele received her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in Florida . She enjoys primary care optometry and also has an interest in contact lenses and myopia control. In her free time she enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and spending time with family.

Dr. Berk received his doctorate of optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon. He is licensed to practice optometry and treat glaucoma in the state of Connecticut. Dr. Berk enjoys all aspects of optometry. He has many years of optometric practice under his belt, in addition to his experience in healthcare business management. When he is not seeing patients he enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and continuous learning. He will also be seeing patients just in Middletown .
